The Business Centre Association (bca) is the only UK trade association representing the business centre and managed workspace industry. Established in 1989, it specialises in providing support and guidance to owners and operators of centres, whilst setting industry standards and encouraging a network of excellence.

The bca also provides an invaluable advice and location finder service for potential users of business centres and managed workspace with more than 860 member locations around the UK, ranging from small independent to large international operators, both in city centre and out of town business park locations, the bca is guaranteed to find the perfect workspace for your business.

There are around 860 bca flexible managed space member locations across the UK, providing over 40 million sq ft of office space to 40,000 SME-sized business occupiers making use of 500,000 workstations.

Representing public and private sectors the bca supports its membership by offering guidance, generating leads as well as setting and maintaining industry standards. Occupiers of flexible space do not need to tie themselves into lengthy and costly leases allowing them flexibility; this, combined with transparent costs and business support frees up capital which they can inject into their business.
