Portal Business Centres invests in the all important customer experience.
The bca (Business Centre Association) have developed a learning and development facility designed to improve industry standards and to attract and retain the outstanding people within the Business Centre community.
One such course is their Creating Amazing Customer Experiences. Its aim is to help business centres deliver outstanding customer experiences by expanding their knowledge, building confidence and strengthening the service and communicative skills required in a customer facing role.
Maz Steele from Portal Business Centres was one of the first to attend the course run by Mike Ashton. ‘I thoroughly enjoyed the course; the day was both interesting and interactive. It was great to have the opportunity to meet like minded people and share our experiences with each other.’ Maz said. ‘I wasn’t looking forward to the role play but it was the best part of the day. I will be passing on my new found skills to other team members. Mike Ashton made the whole experience most enjoyable.’
