Portal Business Centres in Bromborough welcomes £1m fund to support small businesses in the Merseyside area.
The Liverpool Echo has launched a £1m fund to boost small businesses and create jobs across Merseyside.
The fund is part of the Government’s £2.4bn Regional Growth Fund (RGF) which is designed to create new jobs amid tough economic conditions.
Working in partnership with regeneration agency Liverpool Vision, the Echo will offer cash to small and medium-sized firms (SMEs) across the Liverpool city region.
ALPHA Homes opens new office in Thursby House, Bromborough
ALPHA Homes are looking forward to celebrating their office expansion on the 31st January 2012 with an open day for board members, employees and colleagues. They are pleased to welcome Councillor Moira McLaughlin, the Mayor of Wirral who will be formally opening their new office.
ALPHA Homes are a housing association that provides quality affordable apartments for the elderly. They are a charitable non-profit making organisation and are managed by a Committee of volunteers, which includes residents from their schemes.
First Free networking event for 2012 with Portal Business Centres in Warrington
Portal Business Centres hosts it’s first Fruit Cake Friday for 2012 on the 20th January, 10 – 11.30am.
“Fruit Cake Friday has been a great success and the diversity of topics covered has been both stimulating and informative. Our discussions ranged from social media, email marketing, copywriting, business process and legislation” Says Sallie Maskrey, owner of Portal Business Centre. “The group has grown steadily throughout last year and we have received some great feedback on how beneficial the sessions have been for businesses.”
