Bridgewater House welcomes P and R Computing to the centre

Portal Business Centres is delighted to welcome PANDR Computing to its Bridgewater House, Ellesmere Port centre. Lisa Reeves joins Portal as Sales Manager

Portal Business Centres is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Reeves, who has joined the team as Sales Manager. Based jointly between Dallam Court in Warrington and Bridgewater House in Ellesmere Port, Lisa will be overseeing the sales across the centres.

With a background in both commercial and residential property lettings, Lisa is a valuable addition to the team.

Portal Business Centres brings much needed business services to Ellesmere Port

Portal Business Centres Ltd is delighted to announce the opening of its third centre, scheduled to open in March. Based on the site of the former Bridgewater Paper Mill, Bridgewater House in Ellesmere Port will offer fully serviced office accommodation with a range of office suites from one person to 10, over 25 offices on the ground floor, as well as meeting rooms and virtual office services including telephone answering, mailing address and hot desk facilities.

Portal installs cutting edge phone system throughout centres

Portal Business Centres has recently teamed up with ip-Xchange to implement a brand new telephone system throughout both centres. The cutting edge system allows users in the centres to access Mojo, a web based portal, meaning they can control their telephones from wherever they are provided they have an internet connection.

Some of the new services include: voicemail to email, itemised billing, call reporting, divert and dual divert options, company address book, hot desking, pin access, three person conference call feature directly from the handset, and also the option of dialling in to a multi user call.

Simply put, this means that clients can reap the benefits of working in their office without having to physically be there – they can manage their telecoms from anywhere they choose via the internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It also offers more control with the reports that are available, allowing accurate, up to date usage and call information.

“Staying up to date with the latest telecoms information is of vital importance when running a multi-client centre. Each client has varying needs and demands on a system and it is crucial that we can offer a telecoms solution that matches all of those needs. I felt that this system ticked all the boxes and ip-Xchange installed it with minimum disruption to our clients,” said Sallie Maskey, Managing Director, Portal Business Centres.
