Portal Business Centres has recently teamed up with ip-Xchange to implement a brand new telephone system throughout both centres.
The cutting edge system allows users in the centres to access Mojo, a web based portal, meaning they can control their telephones from wherever they are provided they have an internet connection.
Some of the new services include: voicemail to email, itemised billing, call reporting, divert and dual divert options, company address book, hot desking, pin access, three person conference call feature directly from the handset, and also the option of dialling in to a multi user call.
Simply put, this means that clients can reap the benefits of working in their office without having to physically be there – they can manage their telecoms from anywhere they choose via the internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It also offers more control with the reports that are available, allowing accurate, up to date usage and call information.
